| 基于超声波辅助有机溶剂提取桑葚花青素的单因素实验结果,利用响应面法优化提取
工艺参数,并结合大孔树脂探究纯化花青素粗提物的吸附和解析参数。结果表明:最佳超声提取
条件为乙醇浓度80%、提取时间30 min、液料比1∶40、提取温度50 ℃,优化后的桑葚花青素得率为
11.85 mg/g。D280为7种大孔树脂中的最佳树脂,静态吸附和解析时间均为6 h,上样量为3 BV,上
样浓度为281.646 mg/L,解析液采用70%乙醇,解析液用量为4 BV,解析液pH值为2。纯化后的桑
葚花青素色价提高了8.5倍,纯度从16.22%提高到了83.78%。因此,利用超声波辅助有机溶剂提
取法和大孔树脂纯化法可以得到较高纯度的桑椹花青素。 |

| Based on the single-factor experiment results of extracting anthocyanins from mulberry flowers with ultrasonicassisted organic solvents, the response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process parameters. Mean⁃
while, the adsorption and desorption parameters for purifying the crude anthocyanin extract were explored in combination with
macroporous resins. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were ethanol concentration of 80%, extraction
time of 30 min, liquid to solid ratio of 1∶40, extraction temperature of 50 ℃, and the extraction amount of mulberry anthocya⁃
nins was 11.85 mg/g. Among the seven macroporous resins, D280 was the best. The static adsorption and desorption time were
both 6 hours. The sample loading volume was 3 BV, and the sample loading concentration was 281.646 mg/L. The desorption
solution was 70% ethanol, with a volume of 4 BV and pH=2. After purification, the color value of mulberry anthocyanidins in⁃
creased by 8.5 times, and the purity increased from 16.22% to 83.78%. Therefore, higher purity of mulberry anthocyanidins
could be obtained by ultrasonic-assisted organic solvent extraction and macroporous resin purification. |
