| 为了评价烟用香精香料的配方一致性,采用傅立叶变换离子回旋共振质谱(FT-ICR
MS)技术建立了烟用香精香料化学成分快速分析方法,并对59种不同批次烟用香精香料样品进行
分析,结合N值法、插值法、相关系数法和主成分分析法对质谱数据进行配方一致性分析。结果表
明:FT-ICR MS可实现快速、准确鉴别不同批次烟用香精香料的配方,为评价不同批次烟用香精香
料的配方一致性提供了依据,能够在烟用香精香料常规理化指标或红外光谱、拉曼光谱等质量初
步评价的基础上,对不同批次的样品进一步筛查,完善质量评估。对实际生产中烟用香精香料的
质量控制具有良好的实用价值。 |

| In order to evaluate the formula consistency of tobacco flavors and fragrances, a rapid analysis method of chemi⁃
cal components of tobacco flavors and fragrances was established by Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spec⁃
trometry (FT-ICR MS), and 59 different batches of tobacco flavors and fragrances were analyzed. The formula consistency
of mass spectrometry data was analyzed by combining N-value method, interpolation method, correlation coefficient method
and principal component analysis method. The results show that FT-ICR MS can quickly and accurately identify the formu⁃
las of different batches of tobacco flavors and fragrances, which provides a basis for evaluating the consistency of the formu⁃
las of different batches of tobacco flavors and fragrances. It can further screen the samples of different batches and improve
the quality evaluation on the basis of routine physical and chemical indexes or preliminary quality evaluation of infrared
spectrum and Raman spectrum. The application has good practical value for the quality control of tobacco flavors and fra⁃
grances in actual production. |
