| 鉴于Hg²⁺对环境和人类健康的潜在威胁,开发一种高效、准确的Hg²⁺定量分析法显得
尤为重要。荧光检测法因其操作简便、成本低廉而备受青睐。因此,本研究致力探索一种低成本、
高灵敏度、良好选择性的荧光碳点检测法。首先利用缩水甘油对聚乙烯亚胺(HPEI)进行改性,然
后以柠檬酸和改性聚乙烯亚胺(mPEI)作为核心前驱物,通过优化反应条件,采用一步水热法成功
合成了改性聚乙烯亚胺修饰的荧光碳点(mPEI-CDs),荧光量子产率高达25.6%。实验结果显示,
mPEI-CDs的荧光猝灭效率(F0-F)/F0与Hg²⁺浓度成正相关,且在1 ~ 100 μmol/L浓度范围内呈现出良
好的线性关系,回归方程为y = 0.319 35 lgC + 1.941 34,相关系数R2
= 0.996,检出限为0.47 μmol/L。
这些荧光碳点不仅荧光性能优异,而且在Hg²⁺的检测中表现出较好的选择性和较高的灵敏度,将其
应用于海河水中Hg²⁺的检测,即便海河水中存在多种离子,如Na+
、K+
、Ca2+
、Cl-
、CO3
2-
等,仍可实现对
Hg2+
的高选择性和高灵敏度检测。这一发现为基于荧光碳点(mPEI-CDs)的荧光传感法在Hg²⁺定
量分析中的应用奠定坚实基础,同时丰富了Hg²⁺定量分析的技术手段,为环境监测、水质安全保障
以及人类健康风险评估提供了有力支持。 |

| In view of the potential threat of Hg2+
to the environment and human health, it is particularly important to develop
an efficient and accurate Hg2+
quantitative analysis method. Fluorescence detection method is popular because of its simple
operation and low cost. Therefore, this study aims to explore a low-cost, high sensitivity and good selectivity fluorescent car⁃
bon dot detection method. Firstly, polyethylenimine (HPEI) was modified by glycidyl, then the modified polyethylenimine
modified fluorescent carbon dots (mPEI-CDs) were successfully synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method with citric
acid and modified polyethylenimine (mPEI) as the core precursors. The fluorescence quantum yield was as high as 25.6 %.
The experimental results showed that the fluorescence quenching efficiency (F0-F)/F0 of mPEI-CDs was positively correlat⁃
ed with the concentration of Hg2+
with a good linear relationship in the range of 1 ~ 100 μmol/L. The regression equation
was y = 0.319 35 lgC + 1.941 34, the correlation coefficient R2
= 0.996, and the detection limit was 0.47 μmol/L. These fluorescent carbon dots not only have excellent fluorescence performance, but also show good selectivity and high sensitivity
in the detection of Hg2+
. When they were applied to the detection of Hg2+
in Haihe River , even if there were many ions in
the Haihe River, such as Na+
, K+
, Ca2+
, Cl-
, CO3
2-
, etc., high selectivity and high sensitivity detection of Hg2+ can still be
achieved. This discovery lays a solid foundation for the application of fluorescence sensing method based on fluorescent carbon
dots (mPEI-CDs) in the quantitative analysis of Hg2+
and enriches the technical means of quantitative analysis of Hg2+ and pro⁃
vides strong support for environmental monitoring, water quality security and human health risk assessment. |
