本文研究了有对合的环中伪核逆是幂等的元素类的一些等价刻画以及性质。此外，还给出了∗ -可消环中Moore-Penrose逆是幂等的元素类的一些等价条件，推广了有关复矩阵最近的相关结论。

英文摘要:

We study the equivalent characterizations and properties of the elements whose pseudo core inverse is idempo⁃ tent in rings with involution. In addition, we get some equivalent conditions for the elements whose Moore-Penrose inverse is idempotent in *-cancellable rings, extending the recent related results of complex matrices to the ring case.
