汞(Hg)是一种极为有害的污染物,食用鱼类是其进入人体的主要途径,对中枢神经系统、肾脏和肝脏产生显著负面影响。因此,对环境中汞离子(Hg2+)的定量分析显得尤为重要。本研究采用一步水热法合成荧光量子产率为25.6 % 的改性聚乙烯亚胺修饰的荧光碳点(mPEI-CDs),该荧光碳点成功应用于水样中Hg2+的高选择性和高灵敏度定量测定。mPEI-CDs的荧光猝灭效率(F0-F)/F0与Hg2+浓度成正比,在1-100 μM浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,并成功应用于海河水中Hg2+的检测。 |

Mercury (Hg) is a highly hazardous pollutant, and consuming fish is a primary means of human exposure to it. The accumulation of this substance has significant negative effects on the central nervous system, kidneys, and liver, making quantitative analysis of Hg2+ in the environment crucial. A one-step hydrothermal method was used to synthesize mPEI-CDs with a fluorescence quantum yield of 25.6%. These carbon dots were used for the quantitative determination of Hg2+ in water samples with high selectivity and sensitivity. The fluorescence quenching efficiency (F0-F)/F0 of mPEI-CDs is directly proportional to the concentration of Hg2+, exhibiting a favorable linear relationship within the concentration range of 1-100 μM. Subsequently, it was effectively applied to the measurement of Hg2+ in Haihe River water. |
