| 石斛(Dendrobium)在中国历史悠久,种类多样,是一种药用价值极高的中药材。多糖是石斛中的主要成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血糖、增强免疫力等多种生物活性,尤其是抗肿瘤活性在近几年备受关注。研究表明,石斛多糖有作为抗肿瘤药物的潜力,随着对结构特性和抗肿瘤活性研究的逐渐深入,发现甘露糖和葡萄糖是石斛多糖的主要单糖组成,石斛多糖的分子量分布较广,主要糖残基为β-(1→4)-D-Manp和β-(1→4)-D-Glup,部分多糖的主链中存在分支结构和乙酰基,在活性中发挥重要作用。基于当前研究现状及研究热点,本篇文章认为石斛多糖的抗肿瘤作用途径主要有：1.调节免疫细胞活性2.对肿瘤细胞直接抑制3.与抗癌药物协同增效作用。此外,通过对具有抗肿瘤活性的石斛多糖进行分析,发现石斛多糖在抗肺癌和肝癌上具有较好的应用前景,进一步探究了石斛多糖结构与抗肿瘤活性间的构效关系,为以后石斛多糖相关药物在肿瘤治疗领域的研发提供帮助。 |

| Dendrobium is a Chinese herbal medicine with high medicinal value. Polysaccharide is the main component of Dendrobium, which has many biological activities, such as anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, hypoglycemic, and immunity enhancement. Studies have shown that Dendrobium polysaccharide has potential as an anti-tumor drug. With further research on its structural properties and anti-tumor activity, mannose and glucose were found to be the main monosaccharide components of Dendrobium polysaccharide. The molecular weight distribution of Dendrobium polysaccharide was wide, and the primary sugar residues were β-(1→4)-D-Manp and β-(1→4) -D-Glup. Some polysaccharides have branch structures and acetyl groups in the main chain, which play an essential role in the activity. The anti-tumor pathways of Dendrobium polysaccharide are as follows: 1. Regulate the activity of immune cells; 2. Direct inhibition of tumor cells; 3. Synergistic effect with anticancer drugs. In addition, through the analysis of Dendrobium polysaccharide with anti-tumor activity, the structure-activity relationship between Dendrobium polysaccharide structure and anti-tumor activity was further summarized, which will help the future research and development of Dendrobium polysaccharide-related drugs in tumor therapy. |
