石斛作为一种药用价值极高的中药材,因其多糖成分具有显著的抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血糖及增强免疫力等生物活性而备受关注。本文旨在全面总结当前关于石斛多糖结构特征的研究进展,并深入分析其抗肿瘤活性的多种机制,特别是多糖分子结构与其生物活性之间的构效关系。通过这一分析,为石斛多糖在抗肿瘤药物研发中的进一步应用奠定科学基础。本文采用文献综述的方法系统梳理了近年来关于石斛多糖结构特征的研究成果,包括其主要单糖组成、分子量分布、糖苷键类型、分支结构及乙酰基存在情况。同时,详细阐述了石斛多糖通过直接抑制肿瘤细胞生长、调节免疫应答及与抗癌药物协同作用等3条主要途径展现出的抗肿瘤活性。此外,还探讨了多糖结构特征与其抗肿瘤活性之间的内在联系。研究结果可以促进石斛多糖在肿瘤治疗领域的药物研发和应用。 |

Dendrobium is a Chinese medicinal herb with extremely high medicinal value. Polysaccharides are the main components of Dendrobium, which have various biological activities such as anti-tumor, antioxidant, hypoglycemic, and immune enhancement. This article aims to comprehensively summarize the current research progress on the structural characteristics of Dendrobium polysaccharides, and deeply analyze the various mechanisms of their anti-tumor activity, especially the structure-activity relationship between polysaccharide molecular structure and its biological activity. Through this analysis, a scientific foundation is laid for the further application of Dendrobium polysaccharides in the development of anti-tumor drugs. This article systematically reviews the research results on the structural characteristics of Dendrobium polysaccharides in recent years, including their main monosaccharide composition, molecular weight distribution, glycosidic bond types, branching structures, and the presence of acetyl groups. At the same time, the anti-tumor activity of Dendrobium polysaccharides was elaborated through three main pathways: direct inhibition of tumor cell growth, regulation of immune response, and synergistic effect with anticancer drugs. In addition, the intrinsic relationship between the structural characteristics of polysaccharides and their anti-tumor activity was also explored. The research result can provide assistance for the research and development of Dendrobium polysaccharide related drugs in the field of tumor treatment in the future. |
