| 毛姜花(Hedychium villosum Wall)根茎粉碎后用工业甲醇浸提,浸提物用乙酸乙酯-水萃取。采用正反相硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶柱层析和HPLC层析等分离技术,通过NMR等方法对乙酸乙酯浸膏中的化学成分进行分离鉴定,得到5个半日花烷型二萜化合物,分别是hedychenone (1)、yunnancoronarin D (2)、coronarin A (3)、yunnancoronarin A (4)和yunnancoronarin E (5),均为首次从毛姜花中分离得到。 |

| The rhizome of Hedychium villosum were extracted repeatedly with methanol. The extract was partitioned between EtOAC and H2O. Five labdane diterpenoids were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract by a variety of separation methods (Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC). By means of spectroscopic analysis, the compounds were identified as hedychenone (1), yunnancoronarin D (2), coronarin A (3), yunnancoronarin A (4) and yunnancoronarin E (5). All compounds were isolated from H. villosum for the first time. |
