| 以离子液体修饰碳糊电极(CILE)作为基底电极,通过滴涂法和恒电位沉积法2步制备了石墨炔-金纳米复合材料修饰电极(Au/GDY/CILE),并将其作为工作电极。循环伏安法(CV)测定结果表明,Au/GDY复合材料有效地改善了修饰电极界面的电化学性能,利用金硫自组装作用,成功将巯基修饰的探针ssDNA固定到工作电极表面,构建了用于大肠杆菌特征序列检测的基因传感器,以亚甲基蓝(MB)作为电化学指示剂,用于对目标序列成功捕获的信号判断。示差脉冲伏安法(DPV)测定结果表明,该传感器对大肠杆菌的特征基因序列检测具有较宽的检测范围(1.0×10-15 ~ 1.0×10-7 mol/L)、较低的检测限(3.17×10-16 mol/L)和较高的灵敏度[2.91 μA/(M•cm2)]。 |

| In this paper, we prepared a graphyne-Au nanocomposite modified carbon ionicliquid electrode (Au/GDY/CILE) as the working electrode using drop-coating and constant potential deposition methods. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) experiments showed that the Au-GDY composite could effectively improve the electrochemical properties of the modified electrode interface, and the modified probe ssDNA was successfully immobilized onto the surface of the working electrode based on gold-sulfur bond self-assembly effect, which was used to construct a gene sensor for the detection of specific sequences of Escherichia coli (E. coli). By using methylene blue (MB) as an electrochemical indicator, the sensor demonstrated a broad detection range (1.0×10-15 mol/L to 1.0×10-7 mol/L) and an impressively low detection limit (3.17×10-16 mol/L) and high sensitivity [2.91 µA/(M•cm2)] for the detection of characteristic gene sequence of E. coli through the application of differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). |
