为研究氧化锗颗粒在不同条件下的形貌演变,通过简易溶剂热法分别以α-石英相氧化锗为锗源、柠檬酸和乙二醇替代水相在180 ~ 220 ℃加热12 ~ 32 h,和以PEG4000为油相、 pH= 1.0纯水为水相、于140 ~ 180 ℃加热2 ~ 48 h制备出形貌规则的纺锤体与立方体微纳结构。采用扫描电镜、拉曼光谱以及光致发光光谱对产物进行表征分析,结果表明:α-石英相氧化锗微纳颗粒的大小与形貌对其拉曼振动模式变化影响显著,纺锤体-立方体的形貌演变与形成机理遵循BFDH-HP理论。在532 nm激发光源下,氧化锗颗粒的发光中心为606 ~ 648 nm范围(橙-红色),发光中心移动与氧化锗表面缺陷相关。 |

In order to study the morphology evolution of germanium oxide particles under different conditions, α-quartz phase germanium oxide was used as the germanium source by simple solvothermal synthesis, and spindle and cubic micro-nano structures with regular morphology were prepared through those approaches by selecting ethylene glycol and citric acid as the water phase (heating at 180-220 ℃ for 12-32 h), and PEG4000 as the oil phase, pure water with pH=1.0 as the water phase (heating at 140-180 ℃ for 2-48 h). By scanning electron microscopy, raman spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy characterization, it was revealed that size and morphology of the prepared germanium oxide micro-nano particles with an α-quartz phase structure had a significant impact on its raman vibration mode. The morphology evolution and the formation mechanism of the spindle-cube formed the BFDH-HP mechanism. Under the 532 nm excitation light source, the luminescence center of germanium oxide particles was observed at the range of 606~648 nm (orange-red), and the movement of the luminescence center can be ascribe to surface defects of germanium oxide. |
