聚苯胺是一种高分子合成材料,具有导电性和电化学性能,与其他导电高分子相比其结构更加多样化,通过掺杂可以改变其性质从而体现出良好的导电性能。聚苯胺由于其特殊的导电机理、良好的电化学活性、氧化/还原可逆性、生物相容性、化学稳定性及热稳定性在电化学生物传感器方面有较多的研究和应用。本文对其制备方法和性能进行总结,并对聚苯胺在电化学传感方面的研究进展进行了阐述,展望其在电化学方面的应用前景。 |

Polyaniline(PANI) is a kind of polymer synthetic material with conductivity and electrochemical properties. Its structure is more diverse than that of other conductive polymer, and doping can alter its properties to exhibit good electrical conductivity. Polyaniline has been widely used in electrochemical biosensors due to its special conductive mechanism, good electrochemical activity, redox reversibility, biocompatibility, chemical stability and thermal stability. In this paper, the preparation methods and properties of polyaniline were summarized, the research progress of polyaniline in electrochemical sensing was described, and its application prospect in electrochemical field was prospected. |
