激基缔合荧光具有发射谱带宽、斯托克斯位移大的特点,在传感、检测、成像及照明等方面具有广泛应用。本文提出了1个基于β-环糊精(β-CD)包合作用构建激基缔合发光体的新方法。通过多环芳醛(蒽醛和芘醛)与金刚烷胺缩合合成了两个席夫碱(ANDA和PYDA),二者都显示激基缔合增强的聚集诱导发光。席夫碱的金刚烷基与β-CD的疏水空腔高度匹配,与β-CD形成包合物后荧光性质会发生明显变化。在β-CD水溶液中,ANDA的发射光谱与β-CD浓度密切相关,当ANDA:β-CD为1:2时观察到明显的激基缔合发射。与ANDA不同,PYDA在各种浓度的β-CD水溶液中都发射激基缔合荧光,但过量的β-CD使荧光强度有所减弱。在固态,ANDA和PYDA几乎没有荧光,与β-CD形成包合物后,二者都显示强激基缔合发射。总之,与β-CD形成包合物更有利于发射激基缔合荧光。 |

The excimer emission showing broadband emission and huge Stokes shift has wide applications in sensing, detecting, imaging, lighting, et al. In this work, a new strategy based on the formation of inclusion complexes with β-CD was proposed for the construction of excimer emission luminophores. Two Schiff bases were synthesized by conjugating anthraldehyde/pyrenealdehyde with 1-amantadine. Both of them showed excimer-enhanced aggregaton emissiom. The adamantyl group perfectly matched with the hydrophobic cavity of β-CD. The emission properties obviously changed when forming the inclusion complex of the obtained Schiff bases with β-CD. In H2O, the emission of ANAD was dependent on the concentrations of β-CD. The excimer emission was observed only when ANDA:β-CD was 1:2. Being different from ANAD,PYAD always showed the excimer emission under any circumstances, but the emission intensity was weakened by the excess β-CD. ANDA and PYDA in solid state exhibited non-fluorescence. When included by β-CD, both of them exhibited intense excimer emission. In short, the formation of inclusion complex with β-CD was favorable to excimer emission. |
