采用硅胶柱层析、ODS 反相柱层析、Sephadex LH-20 凝胶柱层析、半制备高效液相
HPLC等色谱分离方法对薜荔(Ficus pumila)叶80%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,得到7个化合物。
根据化合物的理化性质和核磁共振波谱数据比对文献,分别鉴定为:3-hydroxy-damascone (1),月
桂酸乙酯(2),马桑酸(3),13-hydroxy-(9Z,11E,15E)-octadecatrienoic acid (4),乙基-β-D-吡喃
葡萄糖苷(5),苄醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)和2-[4-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2-methoxyphenoxy]-propane-
1,3-diol (7)。其中化合物7为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1为首次从该植物中分离得到。
抗肿瘤活性测试结果表明,化合物 1 对 A549 细胞显示出一定的抑制活性,IC50值为 32.21 µg/mL。
抗菌活性测试结果表明,所有化合物对测试的4株人体致病菌和2株弧菌均无明显抗菌活性。 |

Seven compounds have been isolated from 80% ethanol extract of F. Pumila leaves by silica gel, ODS column
chromatographies, Sephadex LH-20, and semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were determined by physicochemical
properties and spectral data analyses, and compared with literature data. The compounds were identified as 3-hydroxydamascone (1), ethyl laurate (2), coriolic acid (3), 13-hydroxy-(9Z,11E,15E)-octadecatrienoic acid (4), ethyl-β-D-gluco⁃
pyranoside (5), benzyl-β-D- glucopyranoside (6) and 2-[4-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2-methoxyphenoxy]-propane-1,3-diol (7).
Compound 7 was isolated from the genus of Ficus for the first time, and coumpound 1 was isolated from F. Pumila for the
first time. Compound 1 displayed the cytotoxicity against A549 cells with IC50 value of 32.21 µg/mL. All compounds exhibited
no antibacterial activity against the four human pathogenic bacterium and two vibrios. |
