      为改善光催化剂二氧化钛的催化性能,采用固相法制备二氧化钛/氧化铁复合光催化剂。 利用SEM、XRD、紫外分光光度计测试对该光催化剂进行表征,将亚甲基蓝作为目标反应物探究制备 的光催化剂的光催化性能和保温温度、掺杂量、升温速率的最佳制备条件。制备出的光催化剂在保 温温度为500 ℃、掺杂离子浓度为1%、升温速率为8 ℃/min时光催化效果最好,降解率达到93.1%。 相较于未经处理的二氧化钛(82.7%)有了提升。且相较于在液体体系中处于弥散状态的二氧化钛, 制备的催化剂表现出在45~60 min左右会沉淀在液体底部,为收集利用提供了可能性。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the catalytic performance of photocatalyst titanium dioxide, titanium dioxide/iron oxide com⁃ posite photocatalyst was prepared by solid phase method. The photocatalyst was characterized by SEM, XRD and UV spec⁃ trophotometer tests. Methylene blue was used as the target reactant to explore the photocatalytic performance of the pre⁃ pared photocatalyst and the optimum preparation conditions of the temperature, doping ion concentration and heating rate. The prepared photocatalyst had the best effect when the holding temperature was 500 ℃, the doping ion concentration was 1%, and the heating rate was 8℃/min, reaching 93.1%. Compared with 82.7% of untreated titanium dioxide, it had been im⁃ proved. Compared with titanium dioxide in the dispersion state in the liquid system, the prepared catalyst showed that it precipitated at the bottom of the liquid in about 45~60 minutes, providing the possibility for collection and utilization.
