      为了科学地评价教学效果以便撬动专任教师的教学能动性,本文梳理了众多学者的相关 研究成果,利用马尔科夫模型及惩罚因子理论构建了教学效果评价体系,引入教学效果期望的概念并 结合具体实例分析,成功地解决了不同班级的学生因基础差异而无法正确地凭借学期末考试成绩来 评价任课教师的教学效果这一问题。研究表明:该评价体系具有科学的有效性及良好的实用性。
英文摘要:
      In order to evaluate the teaching effect scientifically so as to promote the teaching initiative of full-time teach⁃ ers, this paper reviewed the relevant research achievements of many scholars and the evaluation system of teaching effect was constructed by using Markov model and penalty factor theory. Finally, by introducing the concept of teaching effect ex⁃ pectation and combining the analysis of concrete examples, the problem that students in different classes can not correctly evaluate the teaching effect of teachers by the end of the semester examination results due to the differences in basic knowl⁃ edge was successfully solved. The research shows that the evaluation system has scientific validity and good practicability.
