| 矿山公园开发经营中各类利益相关者诉求及其关系协调对旅游可持续发展产生重要
影响。基于政府部门、相关企业、压力团体和社区居民4类利益相关者多方面利益诉求，构建矿山
公园旅游可持续发展评价体系，选取遂昌国家矿山公园为案例地，评价其旅游可持续发展水平。
借助贡献度、关联度及障碍度分析利益相关者的多方面影响，通过3种维度组合计算指标综合影响
值并将其排序归类，以此深入探讨影响矿山公园旅游可持续发展的关键因素。评价结果表明：遂
昌国家矿山公园旅游处于基本可持续发展阶段，且初具发展潜力；政府部门贡献度最大，相关企业
次之，压力团体和社区居民对矿山公园旅游开发的参与度和话语权不足；政府的支持、企业间的协
助与居民的环保意识等为旅游可持续发展提供强大动力，但居民参与决策的力度不足使得旅游可
持续发展受限。 |

| The demands of various stakeholders and their coordination relations in the development and management of
mining parks have an impact on the sustainable development of tourism. Based on the interest demands of four types of
stakeholders including government departments, relevant enterprises, pressure groups and community residents, an evalua⁃
tion system for the sustainable development of mining park tourism was established. The Suichang National Mining Park
was selected as the case to evaluate its level of sustainable development of tourism. With the help of contribution degree,
correlation degree and obstacle degree, the various impacts of stakeholders were analyzed, and the comprehensive impact
value of indicators was calculated and sorted through the combination of three dimensions, to further explore the key factors
affecting the sustainable development of mining park tourism. The evaluation results showed that the tourism of Suichang
National Mine Park was in the stage of basic sustainable development and has begun to have the development potential.The government departments contributed the most, followed by the related enterprises. The pressure groups and the commu⁃
nity residents had insufficient participation and discourse power in mining park tourism development. The government sup⁃
port, assistance between enterprises and residents’ awareness of environmental protection provided strong impetus for the
sustainable development of tourism, but the residents’ insufficient participation in decision-making limited the sustainable
development of tourism. |
