对偶犹豫模糊集为处理复杂问题的不确定性提供了有效手段,其距离测度是一重要衡
量指标。针对现有距离测度的局限性,本文定义了对偶犹豫模糊集的犹豫度,给出了基于犹豫度
偏差以及隶属度与非隶属度完全偏差的对偶犹豫模糊集距离测度。新距离测度从3个信息维度来
衡量距离偏差,更全面客观地体现出数据信息,弥补了传统距离测度可能无法识别的不足。最后
结合TOPSIS决策思想给出决策步骤,并应用于航空公司服务质量评价,验证了新距离测度的有效
性和合理性。 |

Dual hesitant fuzzy sets provide an effective means to deal with the uncertainty aspects of complex problems,
and their distance measure is an important indicator. In view of the limitations of the existing distance measures, this paper
defines the hesitancy degree of the dual hesitant fuzzy set, and gives a dual hesitant fuzzy sets distance measure based on
the deviation of hesitancy degree, the complete deviation of the membership degree and the non-membership degree. The
new distance measure measures the distance deviation from three information dimensions, which reflects the data informa⁃
tion more comprehensively and objectively, making up for the shortcomings that traditional distance measures may not rec⁃
ognize. Finally, combined with TOPSIS decision-making ideas, the decision-making steps are given and applied to the
evaluation of airline service quality, which verifies the effectiveness and rationality of the new distance measure. |
