Wnt/β-catenin信号通路是一种在生物进化中具有高度保守性的信号传导途径,参与多
种生物学行为并产生重要作用,但该信号通路的异常激活也是引发多种癌症的原因之一,基于此
两种特点开发靶向Wnt/β-catenin通路的抗肿瘤药物是当前研究热点。本文介绍了Wnt/β-catnein
信号通路,并综述了2018—2021年靶向该信号通路的抗肿瘤活性小分子的生物学行为调控、作用
细胞及动物模型研究进展。 |

The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is a highly conservative signaling pathway in biological evolution. Nowadays, it
is well known that Wnt/β-catenin signaling is widely implicated in a variety of biological behaviors and its abnormal activation
contributes to the initiation and progression of various human cancers. Considering the above mentioned characteristics, it has be‑
come a topic of research for the antitumor molecules targeting Wnt/β-catenin signaling with greater efficacy and potential for
therapeutic benefits. The present review summarizes Wnt/β-catnein signaling pathway and its related antitumor small molecule
inhibitors reported during 2018 to 2021, highlighting the regulation mechanism, tested cell lines and xenograft models. |
