研究了玫瑰、白芍、蒲公英等13味中草药提取液的抑菌及抑饲料霉变的效果。首先
利用索氏提取法分别提取 13 味中草药有效成分,采用纸片扩散法测定提取物对金黄色葡萄球
菌和大肠杆菌的抑制作用,显微镜下观察提取物对青霉的菌丝及孢子发育的影响,进一步筛选
出抑菌效果较好的几味中草药进行混合提取同时进行抑饲料霉变的分析。结果显示当菌液浓
度为106 cfu/mL时,13 味中草药提取液均对受试菌株有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中地榆和玫瑰提
取液的抑菌效果较为明显,相对抑菌直径均不低于 1.25 cm,并且地榆提取物能显著破坏青霉孢
子。同时地榆、党参等几味中草药混合物在与饲料混合储存15 d 内可有效抑制饲料霉变。本研
究结果为相关中草药抑菌机制的研究及其在天然防腐剂领域的应用等方面提供了研究基础。 |

The antibacterial and mildew inhibiting effects of 13 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines, including Rosa ru⁃
gosa Thunb., Paeonia lactiflora Pall and Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz were studied in this paper. The effective
components of 13 herbal medicines were extracted by the Soxhlet extraction method firstly. After extraction, the inhibito‑
ry effects on E.coli and S.aureus were determined using the Disk Diffusion Test, and the effects on the hypha and spore
of penicillium were observed under the microscope. Then several Chinese herbal medicines with better antibacterial ef‑
fects were selected for mixed extraction and analysis of inhibiting feed mildew. The result showed that at the bacterial
concentration of 106
cfu/mL, 13 Chinese herbal extracts had varying levels of antibacterial effects on the tested strains.
Extracts from Sanguisorba Officinalis L and Rose had more pronounced antibacterial effects, with relative inhibitory di‑
ameters of no less than 1.25 cm, and the extract of Sanguisorba Officinalis L was found to disrupt the spore morphology
of penicillium significantly. At the same time, the mixed extract of Chinese herbal medicines such as Sanguisorba Offici⁃
nalis L and Radix Codonopsis was found to be effective in suppressing mildew in feed within 15 days of storage. These results provide a research foundation for the antibacterial mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine and its application in the
field of natural preservatives. |
