      开展了HPLC 法测定铁冬青-单面针及其浸膏中紫丁香苷、长梗冬青苷、氯化两面针 碱、白鲜碱含量的方法学研究。确定了铁冬青的最优测定条件(流动相为乙腈-水;检测波长 210 nm;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温30 ℃;进样量10 μL)、单面针的最优测定条件(流动相为甲醇-0.1% 甲酸水;检测波长272 nm;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温30 ℃;进样量10 μL)、铁冬青-单面针浸膏的最优 测定条件(流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸水;长梗冬青苷、白鲜碱检测波长为210 nm;紫丁香苷、氯化两 面针碱检测波长为 272 nm;流速 1.0 mL/min;柱温 30 ℃;进样量 5 μL)。在上述条件下,开展了 HPLC测定法的线性范围、精密度、稳定性、重复性、回收率等实验,结果表明HPLC法可以较好地用 于测定铁冬青-单面针及浸膏中紫丁香苷、长梗冬青苷、氯化两面针碱、白鲜碱的含量。
英文摘要:
      HPLC was used to determine the contents of syringin, pedunculoside, nitidine chloride and Dictamnine in Ilex Rotunda Thunb and Zanthoxylum Dissitum Hemsl and Its Extract. The optimal determination conditions of Ilex Rotunda Thunb were determined (mobile phase: acetonitrile-water; detection wavelength 210 nm; flow rate 1.0 ml/min; column tem‑ perature was 30 ℃, sample size was 10 μL). The optimal determination conditions of Zanthoxylum Dissitum Hemsl (mobile phase: methanol-0.1% formic acid water; Detection wavelength 272 nm; Flow rate 1.0 ml/min; column temperature 30 ℃; sample size 10 μL), and the optimal determination conditions of Ilex Rotunda Thunb and Zanthoxylum Dissitum Hemsl De‑ coction (mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid water, the detection wavelength of pedunculoside and dictamnine was 210 nm, and the detection wavelength of syringin and nitidine chloride was 272 nm. The flow rate is 1.0 mL/min. Col‑ umn temperature 30 ℃; injection volume 5 μL) were determined. Under the above conditions, the linear range, precision, stability, repeatability and recovery rate of the HPLC method were tested. The results showed that the HPLC method devel‑ oped in this paper was good for the content determination of syringin, pedunculoside, nitidine chloride and dictamnine in Ilex Rotunda Thunb and Zanthoxylum Dissitum Hemsl and Its decoction.
