| 资源错配是制约中国经济增长和生产率提高的重要因素。新发展阶段，深化要素市场
化配置改革，缓解资源错配，是以供给侧结构性改革为主线推动经济高质量发展的重要内容。本
文从场的观点出发，利用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数及其推广函数的梯度定义了局部生产要素结构
性错配度，测算了1984—2021年资本和劳动两大生产要素的结构性错配度及其对经济增长的影响
并提出了对策和建议。 |

| Resource misallocation is an important factor restricting China's economic growth and productivity improve⁃
ment. At the new stage of development, deepening the market-oriented allocation reform of reaources and correcting the
misallocation of resources are important elements in promoting high-quality economic development with the supply-side
structural reform as the main line. From the perspective of field, this paper uses the gradient of Cobb-Douglas production
function and its extension function to define the structural misallocation of local production factors, and calculates the struc⁃
tural misallocation of capital and labor factors of production and its impact on economic growth from 1984 to 2021 and puts
forward countermeasures and suggestions. |
