      消费需求的转变引发奶茶门店数量在城市的迅速增加,以喜茶和蜜雪冰城的门店兴 趣点数据作为研究对象,采用 Arcgis 中的空间分析方法探讨奶茶门店的空间格局,为当代城市 持续重构的奶茶商业景观和消费文化提供一个微观视角。研究表明:(1)喜茶和蜜雪冰城门店 空间分布数量、方向和距离特征存在差异;(2)喜茶和蜜雪冰城的高密度区域呈不同拓展形态和 地域范围;(3)蜜雪冰城的空间集聚特征更为显著,高高聚类值和高低聚类值都分布于二三线城 市,而喜茶的高高聚类值和高低聚类值都位于一线或新一线城市。喜茶和蜜雪冰城都呈现出多 种扩散模式混合并存的格局,门店空间分布态势受品牌经营定位、地域文化情节和经济水平的 影响。
英文摘要:
      The transformation of consumer demand leads to the rapid increase in the number of milk tea stores in the city. Taking the data of interest points of stores in Heytea and Mixuebingcheng as the research object, spatial analysis method in Arcgis was used to explore the spatial pattern of milk tea stores to provide a micro perspective for the continuous reconstruc⁃ tion of the commercial landscape and consumer culture of milk tea in contemporary cities. The results showed that: (1) There were differences in the number, direction and distance of the stores in Heytea and Mixuebingcheng; (2) The highdensity areas of Heytea and Mixuebingcheng showed different expansion forms and geographical ranges; (3) The spatial clustering characteristics of Mixuebingcheng were more significant, with high and low clustering values distributed in sec⁃ ond and third-tier cities, while the high and low clustering values of Heytea were located in first-tier or new first-tier cit⁃ ies. Both Heytea and Mixuebingcheng showed mixed coexistence of multiple diffusion patterns. The spatial distribution of stores was affected by brand management positioning, regional cultural plot and economic level.
