      本文建立了二维液相色谱法同时测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中维生素A、E、D含量。样品经 皂化、萃取、浓缩、定容,经二维反相色谱法测定,对所建立的方法进行方法学验证,结果表明:维生 素A、D、E标准曲线线性良好,R2 >0.999,维生素A、E、D检出限分别为8、0.65、30 μg/100 g;定量限分 别为25、2、100 μg/100 g,加标回收率为87.3%~96.5%,RSD为0.45%~3.80%,同时与国标法进行比 较,该方法更加简便快捷,灵敏度高,结果也相对较准。

      In this paper, two-dimensional liquid chromatography was established to simultaneously determine the content of vitamins A, E and D in powdered infant formula. The samples were saponified, extracted, concentrated, volumed, and⁃ determined by two-dimensional reversed-phase chromatography, and the established method was verified methodological⁃ ly, and the results showed that the standard curves of vitamin A, D and E were linear with R2 >0.999, the detection limits of vitamins A, E and D were 8, 0.65, 30 μg/100 g. The quantitative limits were 25, 2, 100 μg/100 g, the recovery rate of spiked were 87.3%~96.5%, and the RSD were 0.45%~3.8%. Compared with the national standard method, the method was simpler and faster, with high sensitivity and relatively accurate results.
