在正/负离子模式下,采用电喷雾串联质谱法研究一种苯骈二氢呋喃型新木脂素类化
合物——蛇菰宁的质谱裂解途径。分别对该化合物的准分子离子 m/z 379 [M+Na]
+
和 337 [M-HH2O]
-
进行碰撞诱导解离,获得它们的二级质谱碎片离子信息。实验结果表明,正离子模式下的碎
片离子主要表现出化合物的主要官能团的裂解行为。例如,C-8位的羟甲基既可以脱水,也可以丢
失1个甲醇分子,生成的双键可以跟苯环形成共轭体系。C-1′位的氧代丙烯基可以丢失1个甲醛
分子,也可在加合离子Na+
的诱导下发生裂解。而负离子模式下的碎片离子则反映了此类木脂素
的化学骨架裂解。综合分析这2种模式下的质谱裂解信息对苯骈二氢呋喃型新木脂素类化合物的
化学结构鉴定具有重要的参考价值。 |

This research investigated on the fragmentation pathway of balanophonin, a dihydrobenzofuran-type neolignan
by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS/MS) in positive and negative ion mode. The m/z 379 [M+Na]
+
and 337 [M-H-H2O]
- ions fragmented into product ions upon collision-induced dissociation (CID). The fragmentation ions
in positive spectrum demonstrated the structural feature of functional groups. In the case of methylol group at C-8 position,
this compound showed dehydration and neutral loss of methanol, and the generated double bond can form a conjugated sys⁃
tem with benzene ring. The oxypropenyl group at C-1′ site can lose one HCHO molecule or undergo cleavage induced by
the adduction of Na+ . Whereas the fragmentation ions in the negative ion mode reflect the chemical skeleton cleavage of
these lignans. Comparison of the product ions spectra in both positive and negative ion mode has important reference value
for the chemical structure identification of dihydrobenzofuran-type neolignans. |
