| 在人口老龄化和实施全民健身、健康中国国家战略的背景下，如何更好地为老年人配
置运动场所成为政府和社会面临的重要问题。以福州市老年人公共运动场所为研究对象，整合路
网数据、运动场所点空间数据和相关统计数据构建空间公平性评价指标体系，从可达性公平、设施
公平、绩效公平3个方面对福州市各街道（镇）进行老年人公共运动场所空间公平性评价。结果表
明，福州市老年人公共运动场所空间公平性具有较大的区域差异性，晋安区和鼓楼区公平性评分
较高，运动场所布局较为合理。依据《福州市公共体育设施专项规划2018—2035》，围绕“10分钟体
育圈”社区级设施规划目标，利用集合覆盖模型提出了老年人公共运动场所布局优化策略。 |

| Under the background of aging population, national fitness promotion and healthy national strategy, how to bet⁃
ter allocate sports venues for the elderly has become an important problem facing the government and society. Taking the
public sports venues for the elderly in the five districts of Fuzhou as the research case, the spatial equity evaluation index
system was constructed by integrating the road network data, spatial data of sports venues and relevant statistical data. The
spatial equity of public sports venues for the elderly in the five districts of Fuzhou was evaluated from three aspects of ac⁃
cessibility equity, facility equity and performance equity. The results show that the spatial fairness of public sports venues
for the elderly in Fuzhou had great regional differences. The fairness scores of Jin ′ an District and Gulou District were high⁃
er, and the layout of sports venues was more reasonable. Based on Fuzhou Public Sports Facilities Special Plan 2018-2035,
this paper put forward the layout optimization strategy of public sports venues for the elderly by using the ensemble cover⁃
ing model, aiming at the community-level facilities planning goal of 10-minute sports circle. |
