      以海南岛中部和东部地区的五指山热带雨林保护区、吊罗山热带雨林保护区和七仙岭 国家温泉森林公园的原始林区的森林土壤为研究对象,对0~10、10~30和30~50 cm深度的土壤 有机碳(SOC)含量和pH进行分析,揭示热带雨林原始林不同海拔和坡位SOC含量的变化,进而阐明 海南岛中部和东部地区热带雨林原始林SOC分布的影响因素。研究表明:海南岛中东部热带雨林 原始林SOC含量为26.03~193.08 g/kg,五指山热带雨林保护区原始林SOC含量显著高于七仙岭国 家温泉森林公园和吊罗山热带雨林保护区;研究区SOC含量在0~50 cm土壤层剖面上都呈现出从 表层向深层不断下降的趋势,3个区域SOC最高含量均出现在0~10 cm土壤层,表明研究区的SOC 具有“表聚性”,由表层到中层呈跳跃式下降;研究区SOC含量表现为中海拔地区最高,低海拔和高 海拔地区较低,这与垂直分带具有密切联系;研究区各层土壤SOC均随坡度的增加而降低;七仙岭 国家温泉森林公园的土壤颗粒中砂粒占比高于五指山热带雨林保护区和吊罗山热带雨林保护区, 其SOC较低;研究区土壤均呈酸性,土壤pH值在低于5.5时与SOC含量负相关,土壤pH值在大于 5.5时与SOC含量正相关。

      Taking the forest soil of the virgin forest areas of the tropical rain forests of Wuzhishan, Diaoluoshan and Qixian⁃ ling in the central and eastern parts of Hainan Island as the research object, the soil organic carbon (SOC) and pH at differ⁃ ent soil depths of 0~10, 10~30 and 30~50 cm were analyzed, aiming to reveal the regular and vertical changes of SOC in the primary tropical rain forest at different altitudes and slope positions, and then clarify the influencing factors of the SOC of the primary tropical rain forest in the central and eastern parts of Hainan Island. The results showed that the SOC content of the studied tropical rainforests ranged from 26.03 to 193.08 g/kg. The SOC content of primary forest in Wuzhishan tropi⁃ cal rainforest was significantly higher than that in Qixianling and Diaoluoshan tropical rainforest. The soil organic carbon content showed a decreasing trend from the surface layer to the deep layer on the 0~50 cm soil layer, characterized by "surface aggregation", and it declined in a jumping manner from the surface layer to the middle layer. The soil organic car⁃ bon content was the highest at mid-altitude, and was lower in low-altitude and high-altitude, which closely relates to verti⁃ cal zoning. The content of soil organic carbon in each layer of the study area decreased with the increase of slope; the pro⁃ portion of sand in Qixianling National Hot Spring Forest Park was higher than that in Wuzhishan Tropical Rainforest Re⁃ serve and Diaoluoshan Tropical Rainforest Reserve, and its organic carbon content is lower. The soils in the study area were all acidic, and the soil pH value in the area was negatively correlated with SOC content when it was lower than 5.5, and pos⁃ itively correlated with SOC content when it was greater than 5.5.
