针对目前小家庭夏天不能酿米酒,冬天要用稻草或棉被包着酿米酒的问题,设计并制
作了一个以STM32F103C8T6作为主控芯片的酿酒恒温箱系统。通过DS18B20温度传感器采集恒
温箱内的温度,用PID算法精确控制温度,采用OLED进行数据显示,利用按键设定目标温度和PID
参数,接着用C#语言编写了上位机软件,最后用SolidWorks软件设计控制器外壳并用3D打印。本
系统可以恒温在19~40 ℃之间的任意一个温度上,精度达到0.1 ℃,超调2%,箱体体积可变换,运
行0.5 h后系统趋于稳定,利用本系统人们可以随时酿米酒。 |

As for problems like small families can′t brew rice wine in summer and need to wrap the incubator with rice
straw or cotton quilt to brew rice wine in winter, a brewing incubator system with STM32F103C8T6 as the main control chip
was designed and manufactured. The temperature in the incubator was collected by DS18B20 temperature sensor, it was ac⁃
curately controlled by PID algorithm and the data was displayed by OLED. The target temperature and PID parameters was
set by keys, and the upper computer software was written in C# language, which can display and store the temperature data,
then set the target temperature and PID parameters. Finally, the controller shell was designed with SolidWorks software and
printed with 3D printer. The system can keep a constant temperature between 19 ~ 40℃, with an accuracy of 0.1℃ and an
overshoot of 2%. The box volume can be changed and the system can become stable after half an hour of operation. People
can brew rice wine at any time with the system. |
