| 独角兽企业作为新经济的代表，其富集程度逐渐成为衡量区域创新发展水平的重要表
征。基于2016—2020年中国独角兽企业数据，采用核密度估计和标准差椭圆法分析中国独角兽企
业的空间分布特征，并利用高维固定效应模型探究影响中国独角兽企业空间分布的关键性因素。
研究发现：（1）中国独角兽企业分布集聚特征显著，分布密度呈现由沿海向内陆递减的趋势，总体
上形成以沿海和沿长江为主轴的T字形空间发展格局；（2）独角兽企业空间重心向南方移动，标准
差椭圆向内陆地区延展；（3）东部地区尤其是京津冀城市群、长三角城市群和粤港澳大湾区独角兽
企业发展迅速，中西部地区进入发展的起步阶段；（4）政府的科技投入强度、地方薪资水平、产业结
构和经济规模是影响独角兽企业空间格局演变的主要因素。 |

| As a representative of the new economy, the degree of enrichment of unicorn companies has gradually become
an important indicator of the level of regional innovation development. In this paper, we used kernel density estimation and
standard deviation ellipse to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of Chinese unicorn companies based on the data
of Chinese unicorn companies from 2016 to 2020, and used high-dimensional fixed effect models to explore the key factors
affecting the spatial distribution of Chinese unicorn companies. The results showed that: (1) The agglomeration characteris⁃
tics of unicorn companies in China were remarkable, and the distribution density showed a decreasing trend from coast to
inland, and the T-shaped spatial development pattern with coastal region and Yangtze River as the main axis was formed;
(2) The spatial center of gravity of unicorn companies moved to the south, and the standard deviation extended to the inland
area; (3) The unicorn companies in the eastern region, especially in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration, Yangtze
River Delta Urban Agglomeration and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area developed rapidly, and the devel⁃
opment of unicorn companies in the central and western regions was relatively slow; (4) The intensity of government invest⁃
ment in science and technology, local salary level, industrial structure and economic scale were the main factors affecting
the evolution of the spatial pattern of unicorn companies. |
