      利用陶瓷膜处理枸杞白兰地蒸馏残液获得浓缩液与清液,通过测定浓缩液与清液的理 化指标、营养成分及挥发性化合物来综合分析浓缩液与清液的品质。结果显示:浓缩液与清液的 可溶性固形物含量相近,但清液的透过率更好;浓缩液中总糖与总黄酮含量高于清液,清液中总酚 含量略高于浓缩液;采用GC-IMS技术对枸杞白兰地蒸馏残液中挥发性化合物进行有效的分离、检 测,共鉴定出30种化合物,包括酯类8种、醇类8种、酮类6种、醛类5种、酸类3种。实验结果表明, 蒸馏残液是枸杞白兰地工业中一种有价值的副产品,其中浓缩液可以开发成保健品或添加在枸杞 相关产品中,而清液可以开发成芳香味纯露饮料,使其更加经济化、生态化。
英文摘要:
      The distillation residues of Chinese wolfberry brandy were treated with ceramic membrane to obtain the concen⁃ trate and clear liquid. The quality of the concentrate and clear liquid was comprehensively analyzed by measuring the physi⁃ cal and chemical indexes, nutrient composition and volatile compounds. The results showed that the contents of soluble sol⁃ ids in concentrate and clear liquid were similar, but the transmittance of clear liquid was better. The contents of total sugar and flavonoids in concentrated solution were higher than those in clear liquid, while the content of total phenol in clear liq⁃ uid was slightly higher than that in concentrated solution. A total of 30 volatile compounds were identified by GC-IMS, in⁃ cluding 8 esters, 8 alcohols, 6 ketones, 5 aldehydes and 3 acids. The results show that the distillation residue is a valuable by-product of wolfberry brandy industry. The concentrated liquid can be developed into healthcare products or added into wolfberry-related products, while the clear liquid can be developed into aromatic hydrolyses to make it more economical and ecological.
