采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、半制备 HPLC 等柱色谱方法,对南美蟛蜞菊内生真菌
Aspergillus sp. PQJ-1发酵产物的乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离纯化,得到6个单体化合物。利用NMR、
MS等波谱方法以及与参考文献对照,鉴定它们的结构分别为:cyclo-D-Trp-L-Pro(1 1),1 H -indole-
3-carboxaldehyde(2 2),isoeugenin(3 3),flufaran(4 4),aflatoxinB1(5 5),sterigmatocystin(6 6)。对所有化
合物进行抗菌活性测试,结果表明,化合物1 1、2 2、4 4~6 6对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌显
示出抗菌活性。 |

Six compounds were isolated from the EtOAc extract of the fermentation product of the fungus Aspergillus sp.
PQJ-1 from Sphagneticola trilobata using silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and semi-preparative HPLC column chromatogra⁃
phy methods. Their structures were identified as cyclo-D-Trp-L-Pro (1), 1H-indole-3-carboxaldehyde (2), isoeugenin
(3), flufaran (4), aflatoxinB1 (5), sterigmatocystin (6) by using NMR、MS spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the
references. All compounds were tested for their antibacterial activities, and the results showed that compounds 1, 2, 4~6
exhibited antibacterial activities against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. |
