| 塞内加尔刺桐（ Erythrina senegalensis ）枝叶以甲醇提取，用硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-
20凝胶柱层析进行化学成分分离纯化，得到5个生物碱，经核磁共振波谱和理化性质分析对化合物
结构进行鉴定，鉴定它们的结构为 erytharbine（1 1）、（+）-erysotramidine（2 2）、erysotrine（3 3）、
erysotrine- N -oxide（4 4）、 （+）-11 α -hydroxyerysotrine（5 5）。均为首次从塞内加尔刺桐中分离得到。 |

| Five alkaloids were isolated from Erythrina senegalensis by silica gel chromatography and Sephadex LH-20
chromatography. Their structures were identified as erytharbine (1), (+)-erysotramidine (2), erysotrine (3), erysotrine-N-ox⁃
ide (4) and (+)-11α-hydroxyerysotrine (5) by the analysis of NMR spectroscopic data combined with their physicochemical
data. All the alkaloids were isolated from Erythrina senegalensis for the first time. |
