      利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、MCI柱色谱对红光树属植物红光树枝叶的70%丙酮提 取物进行分离纯化,并通过1 H NMR、 13 C NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定,共分离鉴定了14个黄酮类 化 合 物 。 分 别 为 pinocembrin (1 1)、eriodictyol (2 2)、naringenin (3 3)、dihydroquercetin (4 4) 、dihydrokaempferol(5 5)、5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-3-methoxyflavone(6 6)、quercetin(7 7)、luteolin(8 8)、 (-)-epicatechin(9 9)、biochanin A(0 10)、tectorigenin(1 11),2′,5,7-trihydroxy-4′-metoxyisoflavone(2 12)、5,7-dihydroxychromone(3 13)、7-hydroxychromone(4 14)。除了化合物 4和10,其余12个化合物均首次从红光树属植物中分离得到。
英文摘要:
      This research focused on the chemical constituents of Knema furfuracea. From the 70% acetone extract, four⁃ teen flavonoids were separated and purified by the column chromatography. By means of spectroscopic analysis, the com⁃ pounds were identified as pinocembrin (1), eriodictyol (2), naringenin (3), dihydroquercetin (4), dihydrokaempferol (5), 5,7, 3´,4´-tetrahydroxy -3-methoxyflavone (6), quercetin (7), luteolin (8), (-)-epicatechin (9), biochanin A (10), tectorigenin (11), 2´,5,7-trihydroxy-4´-metoxyisoflavone (12), 5,7-dihydroxychromone (13), and 7-hydroxychromone (14). The 12 com⁃ pounds were isolated from Knema furfuracea leaves for the first time, with compound ( 4 ) and (10) excluded.
