      :探索聚集诱导发光(AIE)与分子结构的关系对理解 AIE 机理和设计 AIE 材料至关重 要。本文合成了2个具有对称结构的腈基二苯乙烯衍生物:3,3'-(1,4-苯撑)双(2-(对硝基苯基) 丙烯腈)(BCS-NO2)和3,3'-(1,4-苯撑)双(2-(对氨基苯基)丙烯腈)(BCS-NH2 ),旨在研究不同取 代基对腈基二芳基乙烯荧光性质的影响。BCS-NO2具有典型的AIE活性,但结构相似的BCS-NH2 却表现出聚集导致猝灭(ACQ)性质。通过研究BCS-NH2的荧光光谱对溶剂极性的依赖关系,发现 BCS-NH2具有很强的分子内电荷转移性质,这意味着它具有强共轭和刚性平面分子构型。但BCSNO2分子的共轭程度小,具有柔性结构。因此,不同取代基决定了分子的共轭程度和分子构型,并 导致不同的聚集态荧光特征。

      :It is crucial for the understanding of the aggregation-induced emission (AIE) mechanisms and the design of AIE materials to explore the relationship between AIE and molecular structure. Herein, two cyanostilbene derivatives with symmetrical structure, 3,3'-(1,4-phenylene)bis(2-(p-nitrophenyl)acrylonitrile) (BCS-NO2) and 3,3'-(1,4-phenylene)bis(2- (p-aminophenyl)acrylonitrile) (BCS-NH2) were synthesized for the study of the substituent effects on their fluorescence properties. BCS-NO2 showed AIE property, yet structurally similar BCS-NH2 exhibited aggregation-caused quenching characteristics. The solvent-dependent fluorescence spectra of BCS-NH2 illustrated its intramolecular charge transfer char⁃ acteristic which indicates the strong conjugation effect and the rigid plane molecular geometry. Nevertheless, BCS-NO2 prescented a flexible molecular structure due to its lower conjugation extent. Hence, the different substitution groups lead to the different conjugation extent, the different molecular geometry, and the different fluorescence property in aggregative states.
