| 民间放生的目的是护生，然而缺乏科学指导和法律监管的盲目放生已产生了严重的生
态危害，如使大量动物非正常死亡，导致严重的外来物种入侵，易传播病原体，损害当地生态系统
和居民利益等。针对放生乱象，本文建议加强对民间放生的规范引导与科普宣传，倡导新形势的
护生，加强针对放生行为的法制监督与管理。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The purpose of animal release is to protect lives. However, blind releases without scientific guidance and legal
supervision have caused serious ecological hazards, such as the abnormal death of massive animals,serious biological inva⁃
sions, spreading of pathogens, threatening ecosystems and local resident′s safety. Regarding blind releases, we recommend
strengthening the guidance and education of animal releases, encourage new forms of animal protection, and strengthen the
legal construction, supervision and management of animal releases. |
