      采用静电纺丝法和高温碳化法制备了碳纤维材料,进一步用水热合成法制备碳纤维- 纳米金复合材料。将优化浓度的碳纤维-纳米金复合材料作为修饰剂固定于碳离子液体电极 (CILE)的表面制得了碳纤维-纳米金修饰电极(CNF-Au/CILE),采用扫描电子显微镜考察了复合 材料的表面形貌。最优实验条件下将该修饰电极用于ATP 的检测,结果发现ATP 浓度为0.06~ 0.80 mmol/L 和 12.0~150.0 mmol/L 时,氧化峰电流值与浓度呈现出良好的线性关系,检测限为 0.023 mmol/L。常见干扰物质对ATP的测定影响较小,说明该方法具有良好的选择性,并成功应用 于三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液中ATP含量的测定。

      Carbon nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning method and high temperature carbonization method, and carbon nanofiber-gold nanocomposite were prepared by hydrothermal method. The optimized concentration of carbon nano⁃ fiber-gold nanocomposite was fixed on the surface of carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE), obtaining a CNF-Au/CILE modi⁃ fied electrode that was then observed by scanning electron microscopy. The modified electrode was used for the detection of ATP under the optimal experimental conditions. It was found that when the ATP concentration was 0.06~0.80 mmol/L and 12.0~150.0 mmol/L, there was a good linear relationship between the oxidation peak current value and the concentration, and the detection limit for ATP was 0.023 mmol/L. Common interfering substances had little effects on the determination of ATP, indicating that this method had good selectivity, and it was successfully applied to the determination of ATP content in adenosine disodium triphosphate injection.
