以β -二酮二氟化硼和咪唑为原料,通过简单高效的路线合成了一种化合物L,通过现
代分析测试技术(包括核磁共振波谱、质谱和红外光谱)对其结构进行了表征。利用紫外可见吸收
光谱和荧光光谱研究了化合物L的光物理性质以及外部因素对其荧光光谱的影响。由于化合物L
具有较低的细胞毒性和较好的脂溶性,可靶向在细胞内的膜结构上,因此成功地将其用于组织成
像实验中。 |

A new difluoroboron compound L was synthesized using β-diketone difluoride boron and imidazole as raw mate⁃
rials. The chemical structure was characterized by modern analytical techniques including NMR, MS and IR. The photo⁃
physical properties of compound L and the effect of external environment factors on its fluorescence spectra were investigat⁃
ed by UV-vis absorption and fluorescence spectra. Due to its low cytotoxicity and good lipid solubility, compound L can be
targeted to the membrane structure in cells and successfully applied in tissue imaging experiments. |
