养老机构作为养老服务体系的重要一环，其空间配置关系到老年人养老服务能否得到有效保障。以福州市为例，从街道尺度出发，利用ArcGIS网络分析模块，采用改进的高斯两步移动搜索法，纳入养老机构等级规模因素，对福州市各街道老年人口到养老机构的空间可达性以及各养老机构到医疗机构的空间可达性进行分析。结果表明：（1）福州市养老机构的空间可达性大致以研究区域中部为中心向四周降低，呈现中高周低的分布格局；（2）养老机构到医疗机构的空间可达性存在明显的集聚中心，大致以鼓楼区、台江区为中心向东部、南部、北部递减；（3）福州市各区养老机构空间配置存在明显差异，其中仓山区街道的养老机构可达性和养老机构老年人的就医可达性均较好，养老机构的空间配置最好。

The pension facilities are important parts of the old-age service system, and their spatial allocation are related to whether the elderly care services can be effectively guaranteed. Taking Fuzhou as an example, starting from the street scale, using the ArcGIS network analysis module, adopting an improved Gaussian based 2-step floating catchment area method, and incorporating the factors of the scale of pension facilities, this paper analyzed the spatial accessibility of the el⁃ derly population in various streets to pension facilities and the spatial accessibility of pension facilities to the medical facili⁃ ties. The results showed that: (1)The spatial accessibility of the pension facilities in Fuzhou decreased from the center of the study area to the surrounding areas, showing a distribution pattern of high in the middle and low around; (2)The spatial ac⁃ cessibility from the pension facilities to the medical facilities had an obvious agglomeration center, which decreases from Gulou district and Taijiang district to the east, south and north; (3)There were obvious differences in the space allocation of pension facilities in various districts of Fuzhou. Among them, the space allocation of the pension facilities in Cangshan dis⁃ trict was the most reasonable, because the spatial accessibility of the pension facilities and the spatial accessibility from the pension facilities to the medical facilities were better.
