为了解海南省不同区域槟榔根际土壤细菌多样性,采用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技
术分析了海南省3个槟榔主产区(万宁、陵水、三亚)的槟榔根际土壤细菌群落组成和多样性特征。 由3个地区共获得4 989个细菌操作分类单元(Operational Taxonomic Units,OTUs),隶属于33门770
属,优势属为伯克霍尔德菌属(Burkholderia)和肠杆菌属(Enterobacter),相对丰度分别为10.94%~
46.96%和12.16%~28.14%;陵水地区槟榔根际土壤细菌shannon指数为3.11,高于万宁(2.41)和三
亚(2.07)地区。3个地区在属水平上共有的槟榔根际土壤细菌核心菌属有431个,主要核心菌属为
伯克霍尔德菌属、肠杆菌属和假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas),分别占总核心菌属的23.40%、17.70%和
11.90%。通过3个两两组间差异分析发现万宁和陵水地区的槟榔根际土壤细菌中伯克霍尔德菌
属、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)和假单胞菌属的相对丰度具有显著差异(P < 0.05),万宁和三亚地区的伯
克霍尔德菌属、肠杆菌属和假单胞菌属的相对丰度具有显著差异(P < 0.05),陵水和三亚地区的肠
杆菌属和假单胞菌属的相对丰度具有显著差异(P < 0.05)。对3个地区槟榔根际土壤细菌群落中
相对丰度排在前50位的属进行单因素网络分析,结果显示Micropepsaceae、Subgroup-6和独活假丝
酵母属(Candidatus Solibacter)在根系互作网络中与其他细菌类群有密切的互作。研究结果为进一
步研究槟榔根际土壤微生物互作奠定了基础。 |

To understand the bacterial diversity of Areca catechu rhizosphere soil in main planting areas in Hainan Prov⁃
ince, the Illumina Miseq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the bacterial community composition and diversity characteristics of Areca catechu rhizosphere soil in three main areca nut producing areas (Wanning, Lingshui
and Sanya) of Hainan Province. A total of 4 989 operational taxonomic units (OTUs) belonging to 770 genera and 33 phyla
were obtained from the three regions. Among them, the bacterial diversity in Lingshui (Shannon index: 3.11) was higher
than which in Wanning (2.41) and Sanya (2.07), and the dominant genera were Burkholderia (10.94% ~ 46.96%) and En⁃
terobacter (12.16% ~ 28.14%). At the genus level, the core bacteria groups were consisted of 431 genera in the three re⁃
gions, the Burkholderia, Enterobacter and Pseudomonas were the dominant groups, and accounted for 23.40%, 17.70% and
11.90% of the total core bacterial groups, respectively. By conducting the variation analysis between two groups, we found
that the genera Burkholderia, Bacillus and Pseudomonas reached significant level (P < 0.05) between Wanning and
Lingshui, the Burkholderia,Enterobacter and Pseudomonas reached significant level (P < 0.05) between Wanning and San⁃
ya, as well as the Enterobacteriaceae and Pseudomonas reached significant difference level (P < 0.05) between Lingshui and
Sanya. The results of interaction network analysis of the top 50 genera in the three areas indicated that the genera Micropep⁃
saceae、Subgroup-6 and Candida Solibacter have extensive interaction with other genera. Our results laid a foundation for
studying the interaction of areca rhizosphere microorganisms. |
