      以广东工业大学环境工程专业教学为例,分析了当前教育体制下工科本科教育中存在 的主要问题。以教师和学生能力提升为核心,提出以教育思想和教育方法引领、工程教育专业认 证规范人才培养,产教学研深度融合促进人才培养,优化团队教学和建设“金课”,促进创新课程的 改革与发展,严格毕业论文的过程管理和出口质量控制等综合改革措施;力求学科-专业-教学团 队三位一体、专业教师师德师风和能力持续提升、教学竞赛促进教师成长等师资队伍建设措施;进 行制度和经费保证、教书育人与实践能力的评价与激励、教学质量闭环监控、产教学研实习实践等 教学质量保障体系建设。构建师生共生共长的环境工程创新本科教育体系,达成对学生的专业培 养目标和毕业要求。
英文摘要:
      Taking the environmental engineering major of Guangdong University of Technology as an example, this study discussed the main problems existing in the cultivation of undergraduate talents. With the improvement of teachers′ and stu‐ dents′ abilities as the core, several comprehensive reform measures was proposed, including: taking the lead of educational thoughts and methods, standardizing the training of talents with the certification of engineering major, promoting the train‐ ing of talents with the deep integration of production, teaching and research, promoting the construction of courses with team teaching and "golden course", the construction of innovative courses, the reform of assessment methods, the process and quality of management of graduation thesis; The trinity of discipline, specialty, teaching team, the continuous improve‐ ment of professional teachers′ ethics and ability, and the promotion of teachers′ growth through teaching competitions; the construction of teaching quality assurance system, such as system and funds guarantee, evaluation and encouragement of teachers′ education and practical ability, closed-loop monitoring of teaching quality, practice of production, teaching and research, etc. The construction of the undergraduate education system of environmental engineering innovation with the coexistence and co-growth of teachers and students is of great guiding significance to achieve the professional training objec‐ tives and graduation requirements.
