| 作为全球流动性和老龄化社会背景下的人口迁移现象，旅居养老已成为一种新型养老
方式，其中以避寒旅居养老为主。在城市人居环境和旅居养老需求基础上构建了包括气候适宜程
度、生态环境质量、交通便利程度、生活休闲氛围和卫生服务设施等5个一级指标和21个二级指标
的避寒旅游城市旅居养老环境评价指标体系。运用熵值法等对50个典型避寒旅游城市的旅居养
老环境总体水平及差异性进行了分析。研究发现：各城市旅居养老环境总体水平差异较大，经济
发达及特色旅游城市明显优于其它城市；生活休闲氛围、交通便利程度对避寒旅游城市旅居养老
环境总体水平影响较大；通过聚类分析，将避寒旅游城市分为6类，层次性较为明显；交通便利程
度、生活休闲氛围、卫生服务设施与城市旅居养老环境总体水平相关性较高；避寒旅游城市旅居养
老环境得分差异性较为明显，发展不均衡。 |

| As a phenomenon of population migration in the context of global mobility and aging society, elderly sojourning
has become a new way of old-age care, and shelter from the cold is the main component. On the basis of the urban living en‐
vironment and the demand for elderly sojourning, this paper constructed an evaluation index system for elderly sojourning
environment in cold-sheltered tourist cities, which includes five first-level indicators such as climate suitability, ecological
environment quality, transportation convenience, living and leisure atmosphere and health service facilities, as well as 21
second-level indicators. Based on the data of 50 typical cold-sheltered tourist cities, the general level and difference of el‐
derly sojourning environment in different cities were analyzed by using the method of entropy. The results show that the el‐
derly sojourning environment level of each city is quite different, and economically developed and characteristic tourist cit‐
ies are obviously better than other cities. The living and leisure atmosphere and the degree of transportation convenience
are the most important factors affecting the overall elderly sojourning environment level of the cold-sheltered tourism cities.
Through cluster analysis, the cold-sheltered tourism cities can be divided into six categories, with obvious hierarchy. At
present, there are common and different characteristics among cities. The degree of transportation convenience, the living
and leisure atmosphere, health service facilities and the overall score of urban elderly sojourning environment are highly
correlated. The score difference of elderly sojourning environment in cold-sheltered tourism cities is more obvious, showing an unbalanced development trend. |
