      针对高温作业专用服的设计,通过有限差分法和偏微分方程理论构建了多层织物材料 温度分布模型、单层厚度优化模型和基于遗传算法的优化模型,在保证工作人员安全性的前提下 (不超过47 ℃,控制44 ℃时长)以此来确定防护层的最优厚度。研究表明:最后得出的计算结果具 有稳定性,对拟合结果与实际数据差异性进行检验,两者的关联程度较高。

      Aiming at the design of special clothing for high-temperature work, through the finite difference method and partial differential equation theory, a multi-layer fabric material temperature distribution model, a single-layer thickness optimization model and an optimization model based on genetic algorithms were constructed to determine the optimal thick‐ ness of the protective layer under the premise (not exceeding 47 ℃,controlling the duration of 44 ℃) to ensure the safety of workers. The research shows that the final calculation result was stable.The difference between the fitting result and the ac‐ tual data was tested, and the correlation was relatively high.
