采用水热法制备了TiO2-三维石墨烯复合材料(TiO2-RGO),将其应用于固定血红蛋白
(Hb)制备出相应的蛋白质电化学传感器。光谱技术表征表明Hb被TiO2-RGO固定化不改变其原
始构象;循环伏安扫描出现一对良好准可逆氧化还原峰,表明Hb的电化学活性保持良好。该传感
器对 NaNO2表现出良好的电催化活性,还原峰电流值与 NaNO2浓度在 1.0~6.0 mmol/L、7.0~14.0
mmol/L和14.0~20.0 mmol/L的范围内呈线性相关,检测限为0.38 mmol/L(3σ)。该传感器适用于
对NaNO2的检测。 |

TiO2-three dimensional graphene complex synthesized by hydrothermal method was applied to fix hemoglobin
(Hb) to prepare the corresponding protein electrochemical sensor. Spectroscopic characterization demonstrated that Hb did
not change its original conformation when it was immobilized by TiO2-RGO. A pair of good quasi-reversible redox peaks
appeared during cyclic voltammetric scanning, indicating that the electrochemical activity of Hb remained. The modified
electrode showed good electrocatalytic activity to the reduction of NaNO2, and the reduction peak current value was linearly
related to the concentration of NaNO2 in the range of 1.0 ~ 6.0 mmol/L, 7.0 ~ 14.0 mmol/L and 14.0 ~ 20.0 mmol/L,with the
detection limit as 0.38 mmol/L (3σ), which was suitable for the detection of microamount of NaNO2. |
