高等院校开展的本科生导师制度是培养创新创业人才的有效抓手。结合广东药科大
学生命科学与生物制药学院“专业拓展计划”,开展对本科生导师制的必要性、可行性的认识,总结
和分析开展过程、考核方法、存在的问题等。尽管本科生导师制在开展过程中存在一些现实的问
题还有待解决,但其对于本科生综合素质的培养大有裨益。坚持开展本科生导师制教育对国家创
新人才培养具有重要意义。 |

The undergraduate tutorial system developed by colleges and universities is an effective tool of cultivating inno⁃
vative entrepreneurial talents. This paper introduced the necessity and feasibility of undergraduate tutorial system, summa⁃
rized and analyzed the process, assessment methods and existing problems combined with our "Specialty Development
Plan". Although there are some practical problems to be solved in the process of implementing undergraduate tutorial sys⁃
tem, it has positive and far-reaching significance for the cultivation of undergraduate comprehensive quality. It is of great
significance to carry out undergraduate tutorial education for the cultivation of national innovative talents. |
