| 云南萝芙木（Rauvolfia yunnanensis Tsiang）风干后用甲醇提取，利用硅胶柱层析、
Sephadex LH-20 凝胶柱层析和薄层层析对其生物碱成分进行分离，从中得到5 个生物碱，包括4 个
单萜吲哚生物碱和1 个简单生物碱，经波谱分析和对其理化性质进行对比，将结构鉴定为
strictamine（1），10-hydroxystrictamine（2），nortertraphyllicine（3），raucaffrinoline（4）和venoterpine（5）。 |

| Five alkaloids were isolated from by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatog⁃
raphy and thin layer chromatography, including four monoterpene indole alkaloids and a simple alkaloid. The structures are
identified as strictamine (1), 10-hydroxystrictamine (2), nortertraphyllicine (3), raucaffrinoline (4) and venoterpine (5) on
the basis of analysis of their spectroscopic data combined with their physicochemical property. |
