      食用农产品中药物残留超标严重危害人体健康,更加精准地检测出药物残留量,能有 效减少不合格产品进入食品流通环节。文章参照GB 23200.8-2016《食品安全国家标准水果和土 豆中500种农药及相关化学品残留量的测定气相色谱-质谱法》,采用三重四级杆-气质联用仪测定 土豆中甲基立枯磷的残留量,并评定检测过程的测量不确定度。该确立不确定度分析模型时,系 统地分析了不确定度的来源,并量化各个来源引入的相对标准不确定度,得到整个检测过程中的 相对不确定度(± 0.002 mg/kg,k = 2)。通过对三重四级杆-气质联用仪测定甲基立枯磷相对不确 定度并进行评定,探讨影响检测结果的主要因素,为日后有效地提高检测的准确度提供可靠依据。
英文摘要:
      Excessive drug residues in edible agricultural products seriously endanger human health. More accurate detec‐ tion for drug residues could effectively reduce the unqualified products into food circulation. In this paper, according to GB 23200.8-2016 "National food safety standard - Determination of 500 pesticides and related chemicals residues in fruits and vegetables by Gas chromatogram-mass spectrometry", triple quadrupole GC-MS was used to detect the residual amount of tolclofos-methyl in potato, and the measurement uncertainty was evaluated for the determination. A measurement uncertainty analysis model was established for the determination of tolclofos-methyl, to analyze the sources of uncertainty in the detection process, quantify the relative standards introduced by each source uncertainty, and get the relative uncer‐ tainty in the whole experiment(± 0.002 mg/kg,k=2). By measuring and evaluating the relative uncertainty of relative determi‐ nation of tolclofos-methyl with triple quadrupole GC-MS, the main factors affecting the test results are discussed to provide a reliable basis for effectively improving the accuracy of the test in the future.
