      2-巯基苯并噻唑溶液有微弱的荧光,加入过氧化氢溶液荧光增强。由此建立测定过氧化氢含量的新方法。结果表明:测定最佳条件为:pH = 7,温度为55 ℃下反应30 min。过氧化氢含量在0.23 ~ 116 m mol/L 范围内呈良好的线性关系,工作曲线ΔF = 6.69 c + 67.26(m mol/L),该方法的相关系数r = 0.9962,检出限为6.73×10-5 mol/L。在此基础上可以测定蔬菜中过氧化氢酶活性。该方法体系简单、方便、准确可靠,可作为蔬菜中过氧化氢酶活性的测定方法。
英文摘要:
      A new method was established to test the content of catalase activity in vegetables. The fluorescence of 2-Mercaptobenzothiazole solution is weak, and it is enhanced by adding hydrogen peroxide solution. A new method for the determination of hydrogen peroxide was developed. The results showed that the optimum conditions were pH =7 and the temperature 55 ℃ for 30 min. Under optimal conditions, the concentration of H2O2 and ΔF showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.23~116 mmol/L, the work curve was ΔF = 6.69 c + 67.26 mmol/L. The correlation coefficient (r) was 0.9962 and the detection limit was 6.73 × 10-5 mol/L. On this basis, catalase activity in vegetables was determined. The method of system is simple, convenient , accurate and reliable and can be used for determination of the catalase activity in vegetables.
