      以类沸石咪唑酯骨架材料(ZIF-8)为前驱体制备氮掺杂多孔碳(NPC),以玻碳电极(GCE)为基底电极、Nafion为稳定剂,构建修饰电极(Nafion-NPC/GCE)并应用于芦丁的伏安灵敏检测,芦丁是一种常见具有电化学活性的药物。循环伏安扫描出现一对峰形良好的氧化还原峰,该峰是典型的芦丁电化学反应信号。对相关的电化学参数进行求解,求出电子转移系数(α)和电子转移速率常数(ks)分别为0.985和0.123 s−1。在最优实验条件下,芦丁的氧化峰电流与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,检测范围为0.1~450.0 μmol/L,检出限为0.033 μmol/L,本方法可应用于芦丁片中芦丁含量的检测。

      In this paper, ZIF-8 derived nitrogen-doped porous carbon (NPC) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was prepared with Nafion as the film and the stabilizer. Nafion-NPC/GCE was applied for the sensitive voltammetric determina⁃ tion of rutin, which was a commonly used electroactive drug. On cyclic votammograms a pair of well-defined redox peaks appeared, which was the typical electrochemical reactions of rutin. Electrochemical parameters were calculated with the electron transfer coefficient (α) of 0.985 and the apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant (ks) of 0.123 s-1. Un⁃ der the selected conditions, oxidation peak current of rutin showed linear dependence on its concentration from 0.1 μmol/L to 450.0 μmol/L with a low detection limit of 0.033 μmol/L (3s). The method for the determination of rutin tablets samples obtained satisfactory results.
