在络合剂一水合柠檬酸(C₆H₈O₇·H2O)的辅助下,以五水合四氯化锡(SnCl4·5H2O)为锡源,以硫脲(CH4N2S)为硫源,通过改变硫脲(CH4N2S)的添加量,采用一步水热法成功制备了一系列不同形貌的二硫化锡晶体。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品的晶体结构和形貌进行了分析。随着硫脲添加量的增加,SnS2形貌由最初简单的花状结构,最后变为致密的花球状结构。以一定浓度的重铬酸钾溶液为模拟污染物,研究了所合成样品光催化还原Cr(Ⅵ)的活性,当硫脲的添加量为4 mmol时,SnS2的光催化还原Cr(VI)性能最佳,且所有样品均具有良好的光稳定性能。 |

With the aid of monohydrate citric acid (C₆H₈O₇·H2O) worked as complexing agent, stannic chloride (SnCl4· 5H2O) was used as tin source and thiourea (CH4N2S) as sulfur source, a series of tin disulfide crystals with different morphol⁃ogies were successfully prepared by one-pot hydrothermal method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron micro⁃scope (SEM) were used to analyze the crystal structure and morphology of the samples. With increase of the amount of thio⁃urea, the morphology changed from flower with a few petals to dense flower sphere gradually. The photocatalytic reduction activity of Cr (VI) was evaluated and the reduction activity of different morphologies of SnS2 was studied. The experimental results show that the best amount of thiourea was 4 mmol and all the samples had good photostability. |
