      产量是作物育种的首要目标。采用多个品种、多个对照品种对其蛋白质组学进行了解 析,iTRAQ分析表明,水稻叶片和幼穗中有数万个功能蛋白表达,按照表达强度和产量的关联程 度,鉴定了33个对产量有重要贡献的蛋白质,其中淀粉合成酶、种子储藏蛋白是产量构成的重要成 分,采用酶活性、产量形成对糖苷合成酶及其基因调控网络进行了验证,对重要农艺性状基因克 隆、基因网络重构等进行了讨论。
英文摘要:
      Yield is the primary goal of crop breeding. Proteomics was analyzed using difference varieties and multiple con⁃ trol varieties. iTRAQ analysis showed that there were tens of thousands of functional proteins expressed in rice leaves and young ears. According to the correlation between expression intensity and yield, 33 proteins were identified. Proteins with important contribution to yield, including starch synthases, seed storage proteins, and important components of these yields, were verified by enzyme activity and yield formation for glycosidic synthetase and its gene regulatory network. The cloning of important agronomic trait genes and the reconstruction of gene networks were discussed.
