为了比较稀土离子 Sc3+和 Yb3+
掺杂 TiO2 的光催化活性,通过粉末 X-射线衍射仪
(XRD)、紫外可见光谱(UV-vis)对球磨法制备的稀土离子Sc3+和Yb3+
掺杂TiO2光催化剂进行表征,
并考察300 W中压汞灯光下催化降解亚甲基蓝的活性,分析最佳掺杂量、球磨时间和不同离子掺杂
的光催化效果。结果表明,球磨4 h后,两种掺杂稀土离子的TiO2光催化剂均出现晶型畸变,带隙
能变小,对可见光响应均有明显增强。当掺杂摩尔比为2.5%时,Sc3+
/TiO2光催化剂的一级反应速
率常数为0.0932 min-1;掺杂摩尔比为3%,Yb3+
/TiO2光催化剂的一级反应速率常数为0.0436 min-1,
而纯TiO2催化剂的一级反应速率常数为0.0263 min-1。显然,掺杂后的TiO2光催化活性显著提高。 |

To compare the photocatalytic activity of Sc3
/TiO2, and Yb3+
/TiO2, Rare earth Sc3 + and Yb3 + doped TiO2 photo⁃
catalyst were prepared by ball milling method, and characterized with X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and uv-vis spectros⁃
copy (UV - vis). The methylene blue(MB) was degraded under a 300 W medium pressure mercury lamp, to investigate the
optimal doping loading, ball milling time and the effects of different rare earth on photocatalytic activity. Results showed
that after ball milling for 4 hours, crystal shape distortion and band gap decrease of TiO2 were observed which will lead to
well response to visible light
-1 with Yb3+
/TiO2, and
. The first reaction rate constant of MB photodegradation was
0.0263 min-1 with TiO2. It can be seen that the photocatalytic activity of TiO
0.0932 min-1 with Sc
2 doped with
3+
/TiO2, 0.0436 min
Sc3 and Yb3+ was remarkably improved. |
